No Physical Shipping

Poltha is delivered online. There are no shipping charges, courier services, import fees, or physical delivery windows for the current product.

Access Timing

After payment confirmation, access details are delivered through the website, account flow, or email associated with checkout. Delivery may be delayed if payment verification or fraud checks require review.

Failed Delivery

If you do not receive access details after checkout, contact support@poltha.com with the checkout email and approximate payment time. We will investigate without asking for card numbers.
