Controller
ICONPIX Llp is responsible for Poltha data handling. We use the information you provide to operate the website, manage checkout, respond to support requests, and improve the digital product.
Data We Collect
We may collect email address, selected plan, checkout status, support messages, cancellation requests, cookie choices, device/browser metadata, and usage events. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Poltha.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide access, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, keep service records, answer support requests, understand page performance, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Processors
Poltha may use infrastructure, analytics, payment, and database providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, and analytics tools. These providers process data only for service operation and security.
Health And Safety
Poltha is a wellness education service, not a medical provider. Do not submit emergency medical information through website forms. Future assistant features should avoid exposing sensitive health-adjacent content to browser payloads.
Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data by contacting privacy@poltha.com. We may need to retain limited billing or fraud-prevention records where law requires it.
