Service
Poltha provides digital educational content and product tools for personal wellness routines. The service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or clinical nutrition therapy.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and should not use Poltha as a substitute for professional care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are under clinical supervision, or have a history of eating disorders, seek professional advice before acting on wellness content.
Subscriptions
Paid access is sold through Stripe Checkout using the plan selected at purchase. Trial, weekly, monthly, and yearly prices are shown before checkout. Renewal and cancellation timing are controlled by the selected subscription terms.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass payment, interfere with security, scrape private areas, or use Poltha content for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Content
Poltha content, page design, course materials, and product copy belong to Poltha or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is active.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require a different rule.
