Subscription Terms

Agreeing to the plan. When you complete a purchase on POLTHA you agree to these terms, and to a subscription that renews by itself. The checkout page lays out the amount of your first payment, whether there is a trial and how long it is, the amount of each renewal and the billing interval. Once you have paid, the same details reach you by email.

Trials. A trial is not a separate free product: when it ends, your subscription continues as a paid plan automatically. Cancel before the trial ends if you wish to stay out of the paid period.

Access to POLTHA. Your access is activated the moment payment is accepted and lasts for the whole period you paid for.

Immediate start. Paying means you request immediate delivery of POLTHA and accept that any right to withdraw from the purchase that the law may give you falls away once delivery has begun.

Renewal. The plan renews every billing period until you cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Cancelling your plan. Use poltha.com/cancel-subscription or message support@poltha.com. After cancellation no further payments are taken and your access stays until the end of the paid period. Cancel every subscription you hold separately.

Refunds. We handle refund requests one by one, at our discretion. Periods that have already begun or ended are, as a rule, not refunded.

Price protection. Your POLTHA subscription keeps the price and the conditions you accepted at signup. We do not change them for existing subscriptions; new prices are set only for new ones.
